Jawad is the best. If you are planning to go into this dealership, ask for Jawad. He is patient and will go above and beyond to make sure you get a fair deal and the best services. I appreciate Jawad sending me the picture of the vehicle while it was in service. Only reason I took one star out is, it was bit of mixed experience while dealing with the manager. Not one of the best ones I have dealt with many times over the last 8 years. Other than that happy with the purchase. Just the second day of ownership, let's see how the vehicle performs.

I have been dealing with Jag/Land rover London for 6 months now, I have to say the level of customer service that i have been provided has been exceptional! The whole team from management to sales reps to receptionist have treated me with respect and I always feel very welcome when I go visit! I have been dealing with Robert Lucas from sales and have never been more satisfied with everything he has done for me it really has been above and beyond service. I recommend anyone who is looking to buy luxury and get the service they deserve (even when the deal is done!) to go over to Jag/land rover London and be treated like royalty!

Doug RobinsonAll things considered, I’m satisfied with my experience at Jaguar Land Rover London. Robby is a good sales rep who is knowledgeable and treats his customers with respect. He tried to ensure my wife and I were satisfied, and even facilitated additional inspection that I requested to be done by a Lexus technician for our “peace of mind”. I believe we got a fair deal on the 2015 Lexus GS 350 F sport we purchased here. I would recommend Robby to my family and friends, and perhaps even the dealership in general bar a few items below. I’m hesitant on giving a 5 star due to a few hiccups with the overall experience at this dealership. They are listed below. Keep in mind that my wife and I are very picky (especially for large sum purchases), and tend to have very high expectations from business (especially luxury brands). 1. The GS we purchased had a few minor scratches on the front and rear bumpers, and one of the rims had a penny-sized damage. We were told that these would be taken care of by the time we take delivery and was even written down on the paper we signed. During delivery, the rim was not fixed and the touch ups on the bumpers were not 100% satisfactory. I’m willing to give a pass on the attempts to fix the bumpers (it is a used car after all). However, the fact that the rim was not fixed was a bit disappointing. Robby did rectify the matter by having the rim looked at and fixed right away. I would have expected all these to be done, inspected and ready by the scheduled time I arrived at the dealership. 2. Prior to the delivery date, I received an email from their “Encore Specialist” with a reminder of things I needed to do (e.g. confirm insurance, balance amount for money order, etc.). This is great and I appreciated the reminder! However, the amount appearing in the email did not match the balance on the paper I signed when agreeing to the deal. It was off by $1 dollar :), so I give it a pass assuming it was a typo. After all, no reputable business would change purchase amount without discussing with the customer first. 3. I noticed a lack of communication/coordination between the various personnel at the dealership. For example, the inspection write-up from Lexus dealership was sitting with some rep who was off on the day of my scheduled delivery. So this had to be emailed to me after. What if I noticed something on the inspection write-up that was a deal breaker? None the less, I agreed to receive via email after and thankfully found nothing major that I consider a deal breaker. Another example was lack of communication around the transfer of vehicle/plates between my wife and I. 4. The detailing of the vehicle was not to our satisfaction. My wife ran her fingers over the dashboard and came out with black dusty hands. I don't want to make it sound like a horrible job. It wasn't. My wife and I are very picky on these things and expect high standards from luxury brands.
Nasir TanimThey practice what they preach. They said they would get us into a vehicle at what I was willing to spend and did it all in a couple hours and drove off with the vehicle same day. So far their whole team completely impressed my wife and I. Thanks again for making my wife a very happy girl Rob.
